| Responsibilities | * This position requires fluent verbal and written Japanese language skills. - Support global CRM & E-commerce Applications. - Ensure that business functional teams have correct understanding of the software application deliverables from design, process, and end user training. - Support User Experience to leverage the out of the box capabilities of the CRM platform to create a useable information system with efficient customer interactions. - Provide Systems Analysis support with gathering requirements, formulating and defining scope and serve as a liaison between the technical team and end users. -Work with the CRM technical teams and business users to resolve issues and plan support for upcoming business changes. |
