| 職務内容 | - Foster an new department in IT in an Agile / devops merging development and infrastructure capabilities - Capacity to transform existing processes - Define clear priorities and support project of transformation o Set up a project about Application Monitoring o Set up a project to Change Helpdesk service for end user - Focus on model like ITIL to increase the maturity focusing on Incident Management / Problem Management / Release management as a priority - Capacity to work within an international environment with vendors and with international team /English language is a must - Reduction of operational risks by eliminating any manual processes |
